An arb needs two venues that disagree, so the number of sportsbooks you can legally open decides how many opportunities you can actually take. Kalshi and Polymarket work in most of the country, and a bettor in New Jersey or Ohio with a dozen books alongside them sees several times the gaps of someone with one app. This map is the first thing to check before you fund a single account, and the region-specific setup track inside the membership starts from it.

Every state, every book

The full directory the map is built from. Online books are the ones currently taking real-money, geolocated wagers in the state's approved footprint; licensed-but-dormant brands are left out on purpose.

Exceptions and recent changes

The cases most likely to make older sportsbook-by-state lists wrong: brands that are licensed but paused, ceased, rebranded or not yet launched.
